Information clause regarding the contact form
Under Article 13(1) & (2) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that:

3. No Data Protection Officer appointed as it is not mandatory.
4. Your personal data will be processed to respond to your inquiry, conduct correspondence, and take actions at your request before concluding a contract.
5. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the data subject’s request before concluding a contract. If further correspondence concerns claims or their defense, processing is also based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the administrator’s legitimate interest.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry. Failure to provide data may prevent contact and response.
7. Recipients of personal data may include entities providing IT, hosting, email, service, legal services to the administrator, and others authorized under applicable law. If these entities process data on the administrator's behalf, it is under a data processing agreement per Article 28 GDPR.
8. As a rule, personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. If transfer is necessary for technological service providers, it will comply with Chapter V of the GDPR.
9. Personal data will be stored for the duration of correspondence and the time needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and after that until the expiration of limitation periods for possible claims.
10. You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- correct the data,
- delete data where provided by law,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to data processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- file a complaint with the President of the Data Protection
11. Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect your situation.
